Deadlines for submission

All doctoral procedures have been synchronised. As a consequence, there are fixed deadlines for the submission of applications for a PhD at the Faculty of Human Sciences (see table below). These deadlines, too, determine the earliest possible date for the obligatory viva.

Oral examinations (disputations) can be held as face-to-face examinations as well as online. Please refer to step 5 of our step-by-step-instruction.

The following deadlines have been set:
